In 1998, following the developing technology, the firm that was the first to manufacture Mersin's cup buttermilk has become Mersin's buttermilk brand in a short time. Yoruksut which carried on its path by increasing production capacity against the ear of consumers and the intensive demand, had founded the factory located in the region of Toroslar.
